Water Rates:

Monthly Minimum:       

$25.00  for 3/4" and 1" meters (includes 1,000 gallons of water usage)

$50.00  for 1 1/2" and 2" meters (includes 1,000 gallons of water usage)

Rate per 1,000 gallons used after Minimum: $8.00

Late Fee: $10.00 (If bill is not paid by the 18th)

Reconnection Fee: $80.00

Returned Check Fee: $32.00

Benefit Unit Application/Transfer Fee: $100.00 (Non-refundable)

​New Benefit Unit Fees:

3/4"     meter -   $5,750.00

1"        meter-    $10,050.00 

1 1/2" meter-    $21,500.00

2"        meter-    $34,500.00

Road Crossing: 

3/4" and 1": $750.00 and 1 1/2" and 2": $2,000.00

(If the road crossing exceeds this amount the Patron must also pay the remaining amount)

(The above prices do not include excavation or boring of rock. Work in areas with rock cost more and the difference must be paid before water can be used)

Water Line Extension Fees:

Water Study Fee: $300 and up depending on the number of lots in the subdivision (Non-refundable)

1-3 Lots:           $300

4-10 Lots:         $400

11-30 Lots:       $500

Above 30 Lots:  Determined by the Manager but not less than $600
